Nicole Silvernail is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).  She has over 2 years working as a PMHNP and greater than 10 years as an acute care nurse in Savannah, GA.  Nicole has also worked as a nursing clinical instructor at Georgia Southern University where she graduated from in 2022 with her Master’s in Nursing Science.  Since graduating, Nicole has completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to better serve her clients.  She offers a holistic approach when working with clients, exploring their internal and external environments including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs to create an individualized plan of care.  Nicole is the award recipient of “Best of Savannah” for Psychiatry in 2024 by Connect Savannah.  Additionally, Nicole helped to open a Reiki4Vets program in 2018 at the Savannah VA Outpatient Clinic where she also volunteered providing Reiki in 2018-2020.  She became certified as a holistic nurse in 2019 and continues to hold this certification through the American Holistic Nursing Association (AHNA).
